Care

Allow the insert to cool before handling or cleaning. Clean using appropriate methods for concentrate accessories.

Do not apply isopropyl alcohol or other cleaning liquids while the insert is hot. Rapid temperature changes can cause thermal shock and may damage the ceramic.

Avoid impacts, drops, and other sudden temperature changes.

Manufacturing Details

Each 1Crystal insert is precision machined from pressureless sintered silicon carbide (SSiC) and individually polished to a high-gloss finish.

As a result of the precision polishing process, faint concentric polishing marks may be visible inside the bowl under certain lighting or viewing angles. This is a normal characteristic of polished SSiC and does not affect performance, flavour, heat retention, durability, or ease of cleaning.

Every insert is individually inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards for fit, finish, and craftsmanship.

By far the best insert I've tried, and I've owned quartz, titanium, and sapphire before this one. Honestly, the others don't even compare. I run it with a 6mm SiC pearl and can vaporize almost half a gram in one go while keeping the vapor smooth, not harsh at all.

The first unit I got was a little brittle, and combined with some improper cleaning on my end (cleaning it while still hot), the insert ended up cracking. I reached out to the 1Crystal store owner with photos, and they sent me a free replacement along with some genuinely helpful cleaning tips. Solid product, solid customer service. 10/10, would recommend.

So farits great seems to fit better than my stock one so hardly anything gets out of the vents so its super easy to clean, also getting great taste on super low temps
