# Return & Refund Policy

At 1Crystal, every insert is individually inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Used products
- Products damaged through misuse, improper cleaning, modification, or accidental damage

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@1crystal.ca with your order number and photos of the issue.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:
- Replace the product, or
- Issue a refund.

Any approved warranty replacements must be returned in their original condition unless otherwise instructed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
